We currently have this project going on at our shop, PSI Proformance in Lansdale PA. Our customer, PC 2015, brought us his car wanting to run a rather unique setup. He wanted to run a wastegate on the intercooler piping in order to regulate boost. This way he could run a really small (3.85") pulley for more boost, but be able to adjust boost on the fly without having to change to a larger pulley. We're still in the midst of getting things finished up. Once everything is tested, it'll make its way onto the rollers for a tune. We're all very excited to see the results of this kind of setup. Here's some pictures of the process so far.
We also decided to take care of the crank sprocket and oil pump while the car was here.
There are still some things to button up, but it was ready to makes its way over to the dyno for its tune.
I will post the results once everything is all finished up!
