Put my car back on the Dyno yesterday morning after loading the Lund Flex fuel e85 tune.

Previous Dyno shows the 93 Lund tune.

Was super humid yesterday and a lot hotter but still picked up over 10whp and 14tq. Only mods are Corsa Touring axle back, JLT Intake and sct Lund tuning.

My baseline Dyno was 378whp. All same Dyno. All SAE corrected.

10whp is typical gains going from 93 to E-85.

Yeah I think tune was fully adjusted to E85 until on the Dyno. Started at only 2 hp gains and then picked up 1-2 hp per pull until it evened out at about the 416. Nice midrange gains too. Next are headers and intake manifold.

Headers and manifold give really good gains for sure.

Your HP is spot on but the torque seems low for 93 and e85. Its probably the dyno to blame. So from 93 to e85 I don't think you can tell a difference. People claim they do but 10 whp and torque must be hard to be felt on the butt dyno.

Definitely a lot safer pushing the tune on E85.

That's it? My mods are similar to yours OP but I swear I feel a difference. Nothing mind blowing but enough that I like it.

10-12whp at peak and 15-20 wtrq is typical of E-85 vs 93 on these cars when naturally aspirated. Once boosted E-85 is a real game changer up to 100whp on some setups but at least 30-40whp on even mild low boost setups.

I didn't expect more. Boosted cars E85 of course makes a huge difference. Besides the original tune, switching to E85 is the best bang for the buck. $150 retune for half the gains you get with headers pretty much.

The midrange E85 gives from being able to hit full timing advance at such a low rpm is awesome....especially over the shitty 91 octane I get here.

Here is the baseline (no tune) compared to flex fuel tune with JLT intake.
