:hail:MSRP $43,549 plus 5% tax in Alberta = $45,726. Invoice is $40,652 plus tax = $42,684.60
I do pay $37,200 (original) minus $176 (spare tire) plus $3,000 for the PP = $40,024

As you can see, after I did today used my calculator, I am not paying $39,700. I pay $40,024 and this is $2,660.60 under invoice or $5,702 less than MSRP. The salesman, Gavin, marked only the $176 off and put in handwriting the $3,000 under it. Signed from him and the sales manager, Sam.

Dealership: Kentwood Ford, Edmonton.

You can see the picture in my profile.

When I posted first my deal here, members ask me to get the PP also. Because the sales manager figured out by than, that he made a big mistake, I had to pay full price for the PP of $3,000. And because if you order the PP you do not get the spare tire, my price reduced it for that order $176.

The situation was that I did go with the US buying guide to Edmonton dealers who had no information about pricing and order guide. Sitting in the show room talking to the sales man, the manager came, looked at the prices and said right away without knowing what is going on: "I can do better than that and with the employee pricing, I can offer you the 2015 EB Premium for $37,200 including DD, tax, documentation and a full tank of gas, if you order today.....!"

We signed the same day. It is always good that the $ sign does not say right away USD/AUD/CAD or what $$$ are out there. :D

:hail:But I honor it that the dealership didn't backed out after they have known the Canadian prices weeks later! :hail:
Oh yeah taxes in Alberta is 5% dam here in Ontario 13%!!! Holy $2,660.60 under invoice or $5,702 less than MSRP. Man you robbed that dealership good. So when did this happen, I figured probably Late September. Because a dealership with no pricing information and just sold a car is very rare. Nice you one lucky son of a gun.

Black GT Premium, manual, with PP, Premier (red line) interior, navigation, floor mats + extra set of winter tires (Blizzak LM-32s matching factory PP wheels). Total comes to 58k$ (Canadian, tax incl.). Less 1000$ Costco rebate... Whiteoak Ford, Mississauga.

What did those winter wheels and tires cost you?

OP, I paid $46,000 including taxes. This included employee pricing and $1000 costco. MSRP was 49,700 (before tax).

White GT Premium w/PP. Navigation, Premier Trim, Reverse Park Assist, Block Heater.

@Draco
A base Premium GT with nothing on upgrades is in Canada $47,000 plus tax & $1,600 DD. My dealer has one in stock for demo. Priced at 46,700 plus DD,tax.
If I would have looked into a GT I would have ordered an LE in the USA for much less than a loaded GT in Canada! :gossip:
GT Premium base is not $47,000. It is $42,500.

Man, I am glad about our provincial tax situation in Alberta. :)

Yes, I am happy with the deal. EDD is the 18th. can't wait.

Congrats... Yep, we suffer from 13% HST on ON.... However, in Europe (where I am originally from) the tax is usually 25%, not to mention registration fees and of course overseas delivery charges.. So overall, I am good with the deal.. :-)

MSRP usually includes dest and delivery. So the $1600 was included in the $49,700 - at least on mine.

No idea what you have for real life prices. My dealer has two in stock. And the question is: Prices out the door - right?

http://www.kentwoodford.com/inventory/listing/edmonton-new-2015-ford-mustang/4858072#.VH3HtTHF9qU

Base GT Premium MT, with only the $300 all weather mats.
Priced at $44,649 plus 5% tax = $46,881.45 and usual a $500 "document fee" if you not watch yourself.

So I think I was right when I posted $47,000. :gossip:

No, you were not right - you said $47,000 + tax + $1600 DD for a gt premium with no options.

With your numbers, that puts you at $51,000 out the door (not including any documentation fees) for a base premium GT. Not a chance (at least not in Alberta).

If your dealer is selling a gt premium for $44,649 and the only option is the mats, he is marking up - or that price included DD. You can order a base GT premium for 42,500 + taxes + DD.

If you want real world numbers, here is a window sticker from a dealer near me. $47,000 (including 2,800 in options and $1600 DD) + GST.

I test drove that one :p

I'm hoping mine comes out around $44617 out the door (before 1.99% interest) not including trade in. Hoping to be up $3500+ equity on my trade in...based on black book and middle of the road valuation even though my trade in is nearly pristine. Just being realistic.

With trade in, should net me a payment right around the $700 a month mark over 60 months, which is what I'm already paying for my Sportage.
