My dad had his window sticker issued which showed a blend date of 14/12/2016, on the 17th it went from "in production" back to "in order processing" and also now has no "estimated delivery" date or "days to go" count down.
Anyone else had this happen?

Seems more like an internal error on cotus, has the build date on etis changed? Mine got built yesterday and shows the correct build date on etis now.

The thing to remember; etis is a European system. Cotus is the US one and is updated from the factory systems. I would be trust cotus before etis. My car's build date etc. never showed up in etis but it was all there on cotus.

The problem we face is that Ford exposes too many different systems to its customers. They should collate ALL of their production, sales and delivery data into one customer portal that works the same for all customers around the world. They don't, so we use what we can.

Yes - I got my VIN in November too.

I asked ford Facebook at beginning of year and they said come back to us at the end of January.

I got impatient last week and asked - and they gave it to me.

It is just the standard build date and minimal information in etis and cotus at the moment, and the window sticker says not available yet.

I asked last week and they told me that my build was early Feb but that they should have a VIN for me in the first week of Feb.

Keep an eye on COTUS, when a window sticker pops up it will show up on there first.

Thank you - it is funny in the OP that says checking hourly doesn't change anything, which is correct, but it is still very hard not to check regularly
