Finally getting around to posting this up.

I have been using a Sai Li fuel system with ID1300s and a VMP BAP at 17V for quite a while now...but have been close to the limit of that system for quite some time. Now that I am upgrading my combo and will be making more power, it was time to upgrade. I usually go to Lethal when I need stuff, so naturally - I called them up and grabbed this fuel system from them.

For those that do not know, the Sai system is basically a GT500 Dual Pump hat with a few lines and a regulator, and some wiring, to convert the fuel system to a return style. It is very simple, reliable, and works well for up to around 800-850rwhp. Past that point, I think it is best to go with a full system. It can make more...but you are really pushing it past those levels.

This Lethal System is very nice. Everything in the Kit is very high quality, and fit nicely. I chose to use the pre-assembled PTFE lines...and (3) TI 267 pumps which you commonly called "465s".

On the regulator, I did not use the gauge they provide...because I monitor and log my Fuel Pressure with Zeitronix ZT2 tapped into an NGauge.

If you guys have any questions, just let me know!

Looks good Kelley. Is the stock line not good as a return? I would think it would be but maybe not. The LS guys use the stock line as the return so you are only running one feed line from the front to the back.

Kelly, can Sai's system support 800-850 on E85, or were your numbers based on normal/race fuel?

I was going mid/low-ish 9s @ 147-148 on E85 with just the PnP Sai kit and ID1000s

Lund told me 800whp on E85 with Sai's kit with ID1000 since the system is "deadheaded" at the rails. If you added new fuel rails and plumbed the system as a in one rail, out the other.. It would support more power, then your limits are the pumps. Great system for E85/800whp and under.
