For the difference in Max HP and Torque, yes, but at 5100 RPM you are closer to a 50 and 50 difference. That is a significant increase that runs from about 4500-5500RPM which is a very important part of the RPM range on the track.

Yep, I was just thinking how awesome 400+hp to the wheels out of a basically stock N/A engine would be. Wide power and torque bands rule!

Decent gains, but for real world driving, deduct 7-9 hp & tq due to the "open hood" dyno. Open hood dynos are good for parking lot meets only. Fairly irrelevant for "on road" driving.​

Will give it a try a fifth time. Usually you don't have to push that hard for a obd2 port. Maybe Foes just makes them tight :)

2016 mustang GT auto. 3:55. 1969 fairlane cobra 428, 4 speed drag pack car
2016 gt triple yellow auto 3:55. Been to the track twice since pp2 install. added 3 " magna flow before 2nd trip and made big difference and 275 summer tires. 12.53 at 112.97 was the best but i believe it has 12.4's in it. Looking for the difference since the PP2 and exhaust since install. 60 ft 1.91. Had better 60 ft times last year. 1.8's with harder launches and running low 12.70's plus. and 111.5 average without pack 2 and exhaust. Thats real time information.
