Good detailer in Socal

So who would you guys recommend as a good detailer in Socal?

A shop that really takes care of the customers and pays attention to the details and listens to their needs versus the regular " Yea Yea, don't worry about it"

I am also looking at options to protect the paint and give it a long lasting shine.

I forgot what it's called at the moment, their is a service where they detail and apply special stuff to protect the paint.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
