iJDMTOY 4th brakelight

I've got and had a couple ijdmtoy products on my truck and the quality has been better than expected for the price. Worth a shot for the price and if you don't like it I'm sure you could unload it pretty quick...

I've got the raxiom 4th brake light kit (bulb) for 80$ and it does the trick well. This kit for the price is quite nice since the brake light is led (not only bulb change). I would try it out but be careful I remember reading somewhere that the reverse light assembly on GT350 is different than the other S550 so it might not fit.

All of that work for a light? Pass.

I did the bulb from Diode Dynamics

I got the Diode Dynamics 4th brake light but just haven't installed it yet. After I realized how hard it was to pull the connector down far enough so I could see what's going on, figured I'd just leave that for a shop since I'd break something.

Yeah, I put my car on a lift to install it. It was easy; just had to undo a lot of bolts to get to it.

Installed the DD bulb- was easy job actually, used raceramps..but dont rly like it, looks kinda cheap that bulb in the middle. Ijdmtoy doesnt work on gt350 though..

I got bored the other day so I actually installed it.
Couldn't find enough space underneath to undo the top two screws holding the assembly so I took off the whole bumper...

The thing is, the rear valance doesn't go around the assembly. It actually covers the assembly a bit. So you can't see the top of the red surrounding LED unless maybe if you're lying on the ground?

Oh wow liking this so much more than the that lame DD bulb! Quite the job though..strange that ijdmtoy says it doesnt fit; evause of the balance? Looks good to me

How is the fog light controlled? Is it always on?

They say it doesn't fit probably because they haven't really tried and the rear valance covers some of it.

All you see is the U shape red fog, unless you're faaaar away then you see the original red fog pattern.

Mine is a Canadian vehicle so my headlamp and rear running lamp is always on (I literally can't turn off my low beam; Canadian DRL rule is different than states), which also means my rear fog lamp is always on.

For US vehicle, this new rear fog light will come on when your low beam turns on.
