Need help. "Popping" going into reverse and lockout vibration w/video

Hey guys, can anyone help me identify what's going on here and possible remedies? I just had the steeda tri ax short throw installed and now I'm getting a pretty bad vibration from the lockout collar AND having to force it over to the reverse position, pushing it past an audible POP. You can see in the video what I'm trying to discribe other than the lockout rattle. Any help is greatly appreciated!

There was a similar issue here - it may help with diagnosing the issue - it was an aftermarket shift knob (Understand this may not be your issue).

Pm sent. For the record, I'm not trying to bad mouth the shifter, I'm just wondering if it's an install issue?? Thanks for looking into for me! And I have an aftermarket knob as well. I'll check out the video and see if that helps

Thank you [MENTION=7748]tj@steeda[/MENTION]! I was able to work on it yesterday evening. And per your instructions fixed it perfect! Thanks for the fast response and reaching out to help me. The lockout collar still vibrates but I'm going to change the plastic stock piece to the steeda delrin collar. for anybody else with this issue, I had to back the shift knob off 2 rounds, it wasn't allowing the lockout to come up far enough. Really easy fix.
