Dennis did you have to move the Whipple coolant tank for the cobra jet intake?
gsxr1300 You are correct Jason. It could have worked but you would have had to grind off some frame posts and squeeze things in. By relocating it, it serves two purposes. No grinding off any posts and the heat from the intercooler tank isn’t right next to the air intake filter. With the current location it now sits right underneath the hoods ram air system so cool air is dumping on it helping to keep it cooler as well

It looks good where you put it. Any pics of what you did to mount it there?

gsxr1300 yes I’ll try and post it up later tonight or tomorrow for you  Whipple may start to sell it as an option.

On his FB page he posted "Test Dyno at 15 psi putting down 868Rwhp & 662 Tq on 91 octane w/Boostane"

I think he took it up 17-18 psi to see what it put down, but I'm sure Dennis aka SC_Ruby will chime in to confirm. Bad, bad car but a good, good guy :headbang:

Thanks man
Got a link to his page ?
I am closely following this build (and the GT 350 ).
I am pretty much set on having will@ Whipple build and install a similar motor with a FP crank /gen3(or 5?) Whipple in my GT 350 depndind on how this build goes .
Hoping the stock block will hold 1000+ rwhp as Will says ...go
To be honest I would be fine at 850 rwhp but don't think I would still risk the high compression motor .
If I do build the GT 350 then I am going to take the original motor out intact ... just in case .

Good thing is if I change my mind about putting it in the GT 350 I can always put it in one of the GT's(3.2KB or Hellio TT) that already have supporting mods .

If I am 100% sure I am not going back to NA(or selling the GT 350) I can always sell the OEM motor ....or build it up as a "spare" to use with with the M6 3.2 KB car or Hellion TT(more likely )

SVT-DADDY Thanks  On my setup it was a 45-60 Rwhp difference between the Gen 2 and Gen 3. More than the HP gains, I've seen a nice drop in my CHT from around 205 down to about 187-195 under heavy canyon driving so I'm loving that
