Yes.... it is. For the first year/12,000 miles.
I'm well into year three  and 32,000 miles...o well, thank you.

Damn saw the title to the thread and got really hopeful for some information I didn't know. There any other unknown freebies that I could take advantage of under 20k miles as I am about to hit that mark soon.

Huh. Mine needed an alignment after 9,000 miles and my dealer explicitly told me it wasn't covered.

$280 later, at least the car tracks straight now.

It's kind of the same story with tires. Even with gentle driving my rear P-Zeros were worn flat at 7,500 miles. The dealer explicitly told me tires weren't covered, so I had to buy a new set. Later I found out that Ford was indeed warrantying the Pirellis due to accelerated wear characteristics.

Honestly, given the misinformation I've had from dealers (and poor support I've received for very basic things) I can't help but think that this is the last time I buy a new Ford.

It's not covered. However, if you have warranty repairs performed that require an alignment as part of the repair process it would be covered under warranty. Within the first 12/12,000 the dealer has some flexibility to offer some services not normally covered under warranty per their discretion. It's more a goodwill gesture.
