You really do need to get the front end up a little. Otherwise you have a hell of time getting the pan off and back on. I stacked a couple two by six's to gain 3 inches and it was barely enough to work..

Conclusion of the story, my shop in Eatontown asked to tack an extra hour onto the install as it took them over two hours. I could have been a jagoff about it but because they do right by me on other stuff, and I figured under 250 was reasonable I went with it. So total cost was 230, I asked them what they would charge going forward for you guys and they said probably by the hour so you 230 would be a good estimate...maybe now that they know what they are doing it will take 2 hours so less than what I paid. Thanks to everyone for the info, at least I knew I wasn't paying to much.

Yeah that makes more sense. Once they realized how much time it takes off that front bumper they had to call you. It likely took them more than two hours to be honest. For two hours still that's a great deal.
