Any plans for the switchpath feature for the ecoboost? Or just an axleback muffler with clamp on tips?

We're talking about it and investigating the potential, no where near knowing if it's definite yet.

Axle-back for now.

I actually rather like the sound of these mufflers with the stock resonator. Does this gain any power or just sound?

Just so people don't have to hunt for it:

I'm positive it's just sound.

Are there any California smog related issues with this set?

Shouldn't be, it doesn't touch anything related to smog and the exhaust protrudes from the back of the car (I got a fixit ticket for turn-downs under the axle in CA  ).

" Featuring a clean, non-baffled, straight-through design the AWE Touring Axle-Back not only improves the sound of your EcoBoost Mustang, but it will also improve its performance. By reducing back pressure and giving your Turbocharged Mustang a free-flowing exhaust, you will see increases in both horsepower and torque."

Not saying it as true. Though I do want to believe. Everyone I hear from mentions removing back pressure from a forced induction car would be better. Real world performance with just axel back compared to stock though is probably not even measurable.
