About 2 weeks ago, my engine started making a slight whining noise. It usually starts a minute or two after startup and is present during idle. It's loud enough to hear from inside the car with the windows up and seems to increase in intensity (not "loudness" necessarily) with engine revs.
I opened the hood to see if I can pinpoint where the noise is coming from, but the best I can guess is that it's coming from the accessory pulleys.
Another thing to note: it started a few days after I got the oil changed, but I can't imagine that having anything to do with it.
Have any of you heard of this before with the Coyote?
