I just ordered my DIB cover and I'm looking forward to installing it. If it looks as good as I think it's going to, I'll be ordering the fuse, coolant, and brake reservoir covers.

Also, is it possible to send a brand new, never installed part to be painted? I'm getting ready to install an Airaid intake and will most likely want to get the metal bracket that goes over the clear window painted to match.

I found these pictures on our website. (Guess I will have to get some more pictures.) We have painted every part we sell Ruby Red and have not had any complaints about color match.

I just talked to the guy in our paint department who does the hydro-dipping. He said that there is no way to get the center section to cover well enough. But he did say he may be able to get the outside sections to work. If that sounds good to you give us a call and we will give it a shot.

You can't beat a professional job... that looks great.

I've been to a couple of meets and I wish the guys/gals would have paid the $200 to get theirs done.... think they might have paid $20 for paint. Not knocking anyone, each his/her own.... we do what we can do in this world.

I think if you have $1000s in an outside custom paint job (or however much it cost - not sure), then the engine should be professional as well. Just my opinion.
