2015 Automatic Transmission Problems

My Car has been plagued with the bad Clunking noise coming from my transmission. Today i received a phone call the dealership notifying me that FORD is creating a TSB for all 2015 v6 with an Automatic Transmissions. The TSB will be addressing the clunking noise that I have when selecting from Park to Reverse. What the TSB will describe will be the replacement of the orginal Valve Body with a Newly Designed Valve Body from FORD.

I hope this information helps more people out there is the same situation I am in. A brand new car that Clunks and Shakes.

Is is a metallic noise, kind of like quickly hitting a metal pipe?

Wow, yeah not the metallic sound that mine makes, yours is much worse and I can't believe it shakes the car. Good luck on the TSB, hope they can fix it completely!

Mine will occasionally make this same noise. I really hope Ford has a TSB on this.

There was a guy a few months ago saying his EB was doing the same thing. I wonder what happened with his issue.

Do you happen to remember what the TSB was for this I am having a similar issue with my 2016 and dealer is "unable to duplicate the problem" so I'm getting aggravated. Mainly because the metallic ping is as audible as yours only a deaf person could not hear it
