2002 Jaguar X Type 3.0 Manual Daily?

Just wondering if anybody has had experience with owned a Jaguar. I came across a 2002 X Type 5 Speed with 130k miles and it appears to be in really good condition. Timing belt was done as was the water pump at 98k miles. They're only asking $1800. What do you all think?

I know if that deal was near me, I'd be all over it. They're built off the Cougar/Contour platform, which I'm very familiar with. I know the transmission and engine are very reliable (if it were an auto it would be a way different story). The xtype is one of my favorite sedans, they just look good. I'm surprised they did the timing chain, that does raise an eyebrow. While timing chains aren't bulletproof, in the 6 years I was on the Cougar forums I had never read about someone replacing the chain. They just didnt fail in the duratec.
