Am I right in guessing the rear drop on the SP080 is more that 0.5" ?
I had Steeda progressive springs on my ecoboost and they said the rear drop was 1" and these seem to be about the same

I'm running the SP089/SP082 combo so the rears are the same as in the SP080 kit. Mine dropped exactly 1/2" in the rear.

No, the sprung mass contribution at the rear of the car is nearly identical to the GT, so I'd expect the same 0.5" drop.

I'm considering to get the performance springs with great shocks, but I heard that fr shocks are under dumped for those springs and it could be better to go with the performance one. Is this true? What does BMR suggest? I want a firm ride but I don't want to overkill the comfort going with koni shocks.

FR shocks and the OE PP shocks work very well with our Performance Spring offerings.

I have actually had more cases of not seeing a full .50" drop...than seeing more than a .50" drop.

Most times, it is right at .50".

Of course...variables. So you can see slightly more or slightly less.

Sorry I got confused, I am looking at the handling springs, would they work with fr shocks, or would it be better to stick with the performance springs?

The Handling springs will work the the FR Track Shocks, yes.

They also work with the OE PP rears and the GT350 front struts too.

Oh my! I bet you love how that came out. That looks FANTASTIC!

I am trying to talk my wife into getting a vert. This is the pic I have been waiting for to show her! (I want white as well)

Good stuff brother!

Thanks Man. I'm super happy with how it came out. Looks killer and rides like stock when driving like a normal person. Haven't been able to throw it around any mountain roads yet with all the rain we've been getting, but soon!

question, I have my sway bars on the middle setting front and rear. Do you think I should change either? I honestly don't even know how to tell if I should change front, back, or both. I can tell you that body roll is definitely a thing of the past, even in the middle hole.

This is the same setup I am considering. Did you add any other pieces or just the springs? I am new to suspension setups and don't want to f@%k up my ride..
