seeing all these s197 posts in here in our s550 forum, figured i'd post up a dyno i been holding in my back pocket for such an occassion.....

our best et to date was an 8.86 on the factory irs, but that was on a hurt engine and spinning the tires... hoping to knock that et down some if florida in a couple weeks when we hit the season opener in bradenton in our 3900lb s550.

this was some remote tuning we did with lund on our car after putting her back together

on that run 305/45/17 street rs

Love it!!! Nice work!
thanks

dss d/s and half shafts / strange front struts / viking crusader rears.

bmr toe link, vertical link, and bushing setup.

we are in the process of swapping the cradle out this weekend, going back to stock bushings and adding the bmr cradle lockout. just can't get the diff quiet enough with the bushings in and for a DD street car, from 50-60 under light acceleration just sings too much for me

Awesome, congrats! Cant wait to see this in person!
2 weeks....

That power curve is insanely steep. Smooth, but steep. Should make it relatively easier to launch.

200 whp at 3krpm; 350 @ 4k; 600 @ 5k; 900 @ 6k; reaching 1100+ until 7.5.

That's about 300whp per 1krpm - 75% of an entire coyote added every thousand rpms. Jesus christ.

:)

full built engine?
yes, BES sleeved / reinvforced short filled block.

we had extra material welded in near the knock sensor area where we have seen cracks when we start hitting really high power #s

and then had it sleeved and a short fill on it.

needs about 30......thinking about a gear driven street car lol

Which Vortech? YSI-B?
yes

what intake?
