Driver window too slow upon opening.

Had this problem for a while now. When I open my driver door it seems as though the window does not react fast enough and catches the upper window frame. Not enough to where I am concerned it will shatter but definitely lagging. Tested the passenger and that one seems fine. Shouldn't it come down when I touch the handle?

It comes down when you pull the handle not when you touch it. Ford should fix it as a warranty claim. Most likely its a faulty motor. Just go to the dealer and show them your problem.
