Im running at 7500-9000da, and my whipple isint making much boost, and I cant get into 10s , my 60' is 1.6 and my et is 11.18 at 134, I have a custom tune and using pure ms109, so Im wondering if spraying a small shot to get the iat low to get the blower to make more boost? Im only getting 12psi with a 10rib and a 3" pulley with a boost box, gona see how much it makes with a mechanical gauge

134mph shows it is making plenty of power. 1.6 60' is good traction. You need to learn how to shift it...

Pure MS109 I would slap on an overdrive damper (20%) and put a 3.5" pulley on there and let it eat.

My shifts are good, tested using wot box and without and its very similar after getting it config right, I talked to a few other guys and they're noticing a difference in mph about 5mph difference vs datalogs so probably Im going 128-129

But I have a 10rib and a 3" pulley, and I use it for my dd and want to be able to use 91 octanes when traveling with it

Youre saying your track clock/slip is off 5mph??? That's absolutely insane.

That is normal. I think the MPH in the datalog is lower. My datalog MPH is always lower than track clock. I think the it might be due to tire size and car reads low.

This is posible the cause but Ill check at a different track yet and compare datalogs and slips.

But back to my question, does it work spraying a small shot to get the blower to make more boost with the same pulley?

The guy with the roush setup that went mid 9's with his roush supercharger and a 100 or so shot of Nitrous, don't see why it would be different with a whipple. You are not going to gain boost, but you will make up for poor driving... : ) Obviously would have to be tuned for it.

What RPM do you shift at? Shift around 7700+ and see what happens.

The speedo is not accurate at all in the high 120's especially with any tire size different from stock. The track is most likely more accurate.

Im pretty sure its not poor driving but at 8000 da its just alot harder to make power

as long as the block is strong enough and fuel n tune is up to par...torque and cooling for the spray as a dual adder car will take it to a whole new level.

even just comparing to pulley down...spray will prevail.

big boy cars are dual adder or turbo. if my block was built would have a shot on top.

Nitrous should be reserved for when you run out of blower, which you are no where close. With MS109 you have the octane to run more boost, which in my opinion is way safer (as far as a system failure NOT talking about engine safey) and is much simpler/easier to install, just swap the pulley.

But it does sound like your driving needs some work, an honest 134mph trap says you are already well into the 10 second power range.
