I get this all the time!!! Minivans are number 1 not sure why! Maybe there wife is in charge! Had a tesla SUV pull next to my mustang GT and was saying this thing will do 10'S! There was to much traffic but I know this guy is full shit!

To be honest, the vehicles seem random. I wish it were one type so I could do better at avoiding them and/or not giving them the opportunity. But again, completely random in my experience.

I contacted my insurance agent to see if autocross would be covered since it's technically not at a track but instead in a parking lot or air field with cones and no other cars on the course. He said "but you go as fast as you can right?" I said...I think it's more about maneuvering and getting through the course without knocking over cones. His reply..."I'll check on it but I'm thinking no..."

...are you saying it's common knowledge it's NOT covered or that you just (would) do it and if you wreck, not say that it was a coned course you were navigating at the time of impact?

Half throttle ain't racing. Period. Its a crutch for cars with less than optimum performance.
