I don't want to derail the post but point me in that direction please. Im more suspension oriented in modifying. So anything to help traction and body characteristics is my thing..
Sorry for the late response. I just noticed this. Check out my sig for good places to start. Also check out the suspension section on here lots of good tech. Suspension is very subjective so my tastes might not fit yours or vice versa. I started out with the vertical links and noticed an immediate improvement. I then worked my way up with the Steeda diff inserts (which are badass) and BMR lockouts. The BMR Cradle lockouts not only helps fight wheel hop but makes the IRS work as its intended (this helps handling) since it's not dancing all over the place. Eventually I'm going to replace the rubber bushings in the rear (in the knuckles etc.) with bearings to really seal the deal.

Finally got my 3 bolt in today woohoo! Looks really great in the engine bay and I feel a slight change in throttle response. Really easy mod, takes like 7 minutes to do. :D

Thank you. On a scale of difficulty of 5 I give it half a wrench (if that). Just loosen the 3 or 4 bolts (depending on your year), loosen the auto tensioner (without loosing belt routing), remove old pulley and do the process in reverse. It should take you under 10 minutes to do this. No need to remove intake tubing or anything.

Does anyone know when reinstalling the bolts the amount of torque specified to apply?

Not sure of the exact torque spec. You don't have to go apesh*t on it (especially since it's aluminum). I just snugged them carefully using the head of the ratchet rather than the handle.
