Waiting for prices and configuration for 2018.

Got my hands (pun) on something custom from Cali yesterday. Think I had a 7-8 weeks of wait. Pictures when I get around to it. Have long days atm; 07-22. The car just sits :shrug:

Stanginator group buy

Hey guys.

I am interested in buying the mechanical front pony emblem (Stanginator) which was available at Etsy.com (not available anymore). I contacted directly Erik at ham-R-head Creations and he told me that he would ship to an address in Europe but he can ship a minimum of 4 items to an address in Europe.

Are there any of you who would be interested in a group buy? We could ask him to ship them all to one of us and the person who receives them can then send the products to all others. I am more than happy to be the front person who places the order, but shipping costs to Greece are usually significantly higher than any other European country :frusty:

Erik just send me the following chart that shows the colors and years they are typically associated with. This chart also shows prices. Shipping is between $35.00-$60.00 for 4-6 emblems (depends on country) and which USPS service we choose. Cheapest is from 9-14 days to arrive usually. Not every color is in stock, but this isn't usually a problem to paint the exact ones we request.

I know that the quality could not be exactly the same, but you can also find this type of emblem from Aliexpress. You would save all the hassle of group buying, shipping, customs and it's way cheaper.
Again, quality could be a little lower, but would someone really care\notice?

I already have a Stanginator emblem from Erik. I like it a lot but I'm not planning on putting it on my car. That looks just too cluttered and restless imo, especially in a grille.

I got some high quality carbon 5% on my rear and quarterwindows. Looks so good on my black car.
The three front windows are not legal to do here in Denmark, but went with 70% on the two sidewindows. Thinking of getting the front done too. 'Cause I'm a crimerider

I went with 70% everywhere except the front. Who cares if this is illegal as long as you enjoy your car. Our cars, with all these mods, are illegal anyway

I would suggest that you do not cover the front with 70%, it's too much, you will have visibility issues. What I am going to do on Friday is add a stripe 12-15cm wide on the upper part of the front shield, maybe 50% tint (a bit lower than the sides). Trust me, it's better that way.

By the way, the tinted rear and side windows look very good on your black car!
