Come on. I for one congratulate you. I know you'll love it and enjoy it. It's a brave choice, but brave choices should be applauded, not scorned ;)
You are right.
My apologies to Alex, and congratulations! Your car will be one of a kind in your country! :clap2:

Congrats to your decision. But do you really spend 50k€ just für the upgrade from EB to GT? Is importing an US Mustang cheaper in NL?

If he wants to do it, hey it's his money and more props to him. However, the price point of this car is so 'out there' in this country, that one does wonder.

It is similar to someone buying a cup of coffee for 5 bucks and then pays an additional 10 bucks to just add milk or sugar (not both, mind you). You must REALLY like milk or sugar to do that and I for one then wonder why.

Nice to see there are still Crazy dutch guys out there....if you're loaded it's for sure big fun.
I choose an old V8 to get the right rumble and a new taxfriendly EB to get some speed..adding a tune will bring the horses up by 50 and convinced that will suffice for the Belgian radar loaded roads...
It's a pitty you won't have it on time for the Lux event. Sure you'll enjoy the new toy.

Talking about radars and caneras, i use a great app called Blitzer and it not only works in DE but also in PL, GB, NL, B, F etc.....absolutely brilliant and have saved me a few times!

If you have the navigator option in your Mustang the maps include the locations of the fixed speed cameras and says "Caution" whenever I'm coming up to a fixed camera position. You have to set the feature active from the settings.

This option is not present on mine, German law i believe. Saying that, it would only show fixed ones wheras the app actually downloads the latest every 5 min and also shpws the mobile cameras.

If I remember right just activate hazard alerts on in the nav settings you will get speed camera warnings.

Hey what a cool tip, I'm gonna check that too :)

Do you need to have navigation running a route for the warnings to be active or does it also run in the background?

Mine is switched on but does not warn for fixed cameras as per German law (not allowed as the built-in nav is a fixed unit, a phone or portable nav is not so this is allowed, hence the app being ok). A well, no problem. :)
