So I bought the 4 piston calipers from a base gt. It came with the brake lines and what not. Is it a direct plug and play or do I need anything else like the brake shields. Or can I just put the calipers on my stock brake shield and rotors

You will need the bigger rotors to go with the 4 piston calipers and then you can unbolt the stock calipers . Kock the stock rotor off . Install the GT rotor. Bolt up the GT calipers . Now the fun part .

Lossen up the brake line . Take the brake line apart and attach the new caliper brake line . Bleed the calipers starting with the inside bleeder screw first and then the outside .
Repeat the other side .

Old thread I know. Is there any change needed to keep the front rear balance correct? Not sure how it might do that without a compensating valve change or adjustment...

What's the best place to get the mounting bracket?

So I just need to remove the stock breaks and then these will mount up?
