Is it Safe to use spacers under your strut tower brace to get it to clear the top of our V6 motors ? I have the GT brace that I want to put on my 2015

OK, thanks, I didn't see that. Old eyes. But couldn't Ponygirl2020 get new motor mounts to lower the engine?

Yes it can be done. Just make sure you torque to the correct spec and do not over-tighten.

LOOks great! Wanted one for years. But none were ever made to fit. What did you do to get it to clear the motor and not hit the bottom of the hood? What did you mean by strain on the motor?

Never hit the hood but it sat on the engine when u start it u can feel the strain it was putting on the motor so off it came now I have a useless strut tower brace kinda sucks love the look of it and I know it woulda helped tighten up the front end
