Been a while since I updated. Changed a few things on the car!

- Black Ford OE fender and Pony badges
- OE luggage net in the trunk
- Roush rear spoiler (body colour)
- Roush shifter
- Steeda short-shift system
- MagnaFlow Tru-X X pipe and new Magnaflow tubing back to the Roush axle backs.

I ran the Ford Racing X pipe for a while, but with no resonator it made waaay too much noise.

The car is now sounding good, and importantly its not antisocial anymore :)

Been to a few meets as well:

And this is how it now sounds:

Whilst the Magnaflow in combo with the Roush axle-backs doesnt have an E-marking / TuV approval, I would imagine it would pass (or at least not draw the wrong attention). Its really a nice setup. For now at least, I think I am the only person outside the US running the Magnaflow / Roush combo!

Tomorrow the car is one year old! Time flies.

I stopped logging the average mpg via an app a (long) time ago, but I discovered that the OBC is freakishly accurate, so happy to rely on that.

Trip 2 has been running since I rolled out of the dealership (20 full days in the car, bloody hell!)

14.9L/100km = 19mpg. Considering how the car gets driven, im happy with that.

Ive commuted in the car just about every day, and enjoyed every last bloody second of it.

Rough calcs show its drunk its way through approx €7,000 of 98RON

Mod costs: approx €8k I should think (im not adding it up).

Insurance has averaged to about €150 per month

Tracker €20 per month.

2 complete sets of rear tyres (new set gone on today). Fronts still at 4mm+ (impressive).

Only real problem has been the aircon in the last month.

Overall a stunning result I think :) Although it was relatively cheap to buy, id estimate my running costs to be around €2k per month all-in. But I spend a lot on random crap :hehe:

As mentioned, new rears on today. I was hugely impressed with the PS3s, but they werent available this time at a good price, so ive gone with Vredestein Ultrac Cento. Excellent reviews, I like Vreds, made in NL and €200 per corner fitted. At the rate im going through rears im just not willing to spend the €400ish per corner on the MPSS or PS4S.

So happy birthday Mustang. Good on ya!

Nice one and happy V8 birthday!!!

Compared to the trip meter in my EB/AT after 19000KM I'm at 12.5L/100km right now, before the LUX trip it remained at 12.8L/100km, so a slight improvement by doing some long distances. The meter showed 8.1L/100km for the whole Lux trip.
