Lightweight wheels win races! Those are awesome about a 60 lb rotational mass savings there from stock. They must look great on the car. I'm thinking I may go with these wheels myself ,great price

ya I researched for a while and they were the best choice overall a year ago, probably still are today... I went square and they rub the front caliper by about 1mm when new

with tires, mounted, and balanced, weight of my factory 18" is 57lbs, these are 46lbs, 44lb savings overall... it's a little less than 44lb effective because more of the 46lbs is on the perimeter because 19" compared to 18"

Is that a base car or PP noticed you didnt need to shift into 5th gear

Even with PP you shouldn't need to shift into 5th ever unless you have stock rev limiter maybe . I never had to hit 5th. He's running 3.55 gears if I remember right not 3.73 that the PP has.

Watch the throttle gauge in the video to see how I'm working the throttle. When I'm part throttle, I'm also part clutch (feathering throttle and clutch). Clutch is 100% engaged when 100% throttle. DR/slicks will be a little different.

Did you change it out yourself or did you order it from ford with the 3.55. I have a base as well and was thinking of just ordering the $800 assembly. Not sure if itll be worth the price but your gearing seems perfect for an NA car.

yea it really is perfect, and it'll still be perfect with cobra jet revving to 8k trapping 126ish

Finally got mine to the track. I have 3.73's SW LT's with cats, MGW shifter, and PBD tune. My best MPH was 113.5 and a 12.6X on a 2.1. Gotta work on that 60ft, but the track and Conti DW's weren't having that. I guess those wheels and driveshaft really make a big difference. Any suspension goodies?
