I hope someone who has swapped out HID bulbs before in an S550 (if anyone on here has) can provide insight if there is any way to do it through the wheel well. When I installed my switchbacks, I could see the back of the headlight housings, looked like it had some big plastic capsule / dome on the back of them

Not sure if it is accessible in that manner. I normally just pull the bumper.

There's a rubber cap that needs to be pulled off to access the bulb.

It would probably be easier to just take the housings off the car rather than try to squeeze your fingers through and possibly damage a bulb or component.

i know i read you guys said the switchback reverse light wont be as bright as an XP80, but is it comparable to an HP11 or another bulb?
