Rocker Panel Removal

I am just wondering if there are any online videos/write ups that show how to remove them. I am only asking because I am at work for many more hours before I go home and do it myself. I purchased a new(used) LH rocker panel for my GT because the original broke on the tabs that hold it up front at the wheel well area from when I was lowered (more than I am now). It got caught on some poorly formed pavement which caused the tension stress to snap them when it was kind of dragging across it. I have been keeping it on as tight as possible underneath by rigging some wire but it never pulls it perfectly against the body, or eventually worked it's way back out.

My part came today, finally had one pop up on ebay after about 4 months of checking. I didn't feel like buying one and getting it painted. Oxford white popped up last week that only had 1200 miles on it.

Thanks man. I know I remember seeing it somewhere. Sometimes at night I fall asleep to stuff on youtube, was probably randomly watching CJ install videos lol.
