so I don't plan to change out the pp wheels at this time, unless one of the awesome wheel companies we have here would love to sponsor me and gift a set lol

but in all seriousness, the rear tires are done and need to be replaced asap. Ill pretty much just drive my ST until I get these new tires on the GT.

so here we go...My questions are as followed. ...

I want to go to a 295 Michelin or the 305 nt05r.
I thought I saw a really killer deal just yesterday for the Michelin pilot ss but now its gone .

would I be looking at a 295/35/19 tire for the super sport as the correct size for the rear?
and while I have searched and not had luck today , where is the best place to buy a pair of the Michelin's if I went with those?

I have found the nt05r on summit racing in the $260's ea range and I don't THINK they can be found cheaper, but if you know a place id love to hear.
 thanks in advance for the assistance.

Get the MPSS or PS4S.

Get 285/35R19. Any wider than that on a 9.5" and you're not going to really gain much actual tread width to the road. 295 and 305 fit on the wheel, but you won't be getting the most out of those, and the rear will feel sloppy with the buldgey sidewall. Don't buy NT05R unless the only thing you do is drag.

Yes. Can be tuned out or modified in the as-built data though. It's a 2.9% difference in diameter.

285/35/19 will be fine. the speedo wont be off that much. talking less than an inch difference overall radius. but 275/40 works well too its what you want. maybe go with cheapest as performance wont be much different

The Michelins are better in every way than the P zeros, but I agree.

Thanks. Looking for the ideal square setup for down the road and I don't have a tune.

Good plan! You need to use at least a 5 mm spacer to clear with the PP rear wheel up front (and with a 5 mm you can retain stock studs), or a 25 mm/1" adapter.

I did 8mm spacers on the base 18" wheels, had a puncture and had to buy new rears so I did 255/45/18 and will move them to the front when I can afford wheels.
