Transformers The Last Knight

Just saw Transformers movie last night.

Can someone please for the love of God get Michael Bay away from the franchise before he ruins every story line they've got left?


The movie again was eye and ear candy, but the story line was a jumbled mess. It was like the pitched 5 story ideas for the movie and messed them all in one movie.

The most disjointed action movie I've ever seen.

Par for the course when it comes to a Michael Bay movie. That entire movie franchise can diaf.

These studios need to realize...people want these movies to tie into the OG TV shows and comic books. Just look at what Marvel has been able to do since they based their characters more closely to what is in the comics. I'd like to see what directors like the Russo brothers would do with the franchise.

Pretty much what I thought about the first one, haven't bothered with another since. :shrug:

Ive read because of the money they make over seas particularly in china special effects trump plot.

Apparently this is also why plots have become simplified and movies explain everything.

I enjoy them... MB is okay... I can't do any better than he does.

Ultimately, they are robot movies... dumb/brainless "getaway" entertainment.

I love that Michael Bay was able to get Transformers to the big screen; but its time that the movie moved on without him.

I understand the "rockem sockem robots" style that he is going with; but the cutting from one scene to another made little since. It was bad. I found myself questioning what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Not from mistery but from lack of story telling.

The Last Knight is the worst of the series. No story, bad acting and cringe worthy dialogue. 30 minutes into the movie and I wanted it to end so I could leave. Not all is bad though, Megatron's new design is badass and their were no forced "made for China" scenes. Those type of scenes in Age of Extinction made an otherwise ok movie, terrible.

BYYYYYYYYYYYY far the worst of the three. Every movie contradicts the last one(s). I fell asleep twice and was woke up by some stupid explosion.

And they intend on making more. And my kids will drag me there to see them. Thats why they need a reboot without Bay in any form attached to the movies.

Seen it openining day...wasn't that good. Liked barricade tho.
