That’s sucks man. Glad you will be ok (hoping) and no one was hurt. I live in Mason and it’s been a total mess with this rain around here.

Hope you werent thrown around too bad.

Car can be replaced.
Day to day the pain is getting worse. Still a bit cloudy. Set belt burn despite having my uniform and vest on. Jostled me around pretty damn good. Just hoping usaa comes back with good news (ie total)

My experience with usaa is that if the repairs exceed 65% of book they will total it.

Glad to hear you're safe - that's a lot of damage and will most likely get totaled out.

I'm curious as to why the air bags did not deploy with a frontal impact? At what velocity and impact are the sensors programmed to "deploy" and "not deploy"??
I'm a loyal Ford guy but in this case I would Lawyer up.

I think that’s about everything, I can think of, anyways. The M’s are leading, as it’s always been my dream car.
M3 would be perfect. Golf R and Mustang would be in the running for me. The Golf R can still possibly fit 4 adults.

Hope you're doing better and keep us updated on the insurance decision.

Patiently impatiently waiting to hear back from the adjuster. Hope they just total the damn thing.

Those p zeros are horrible in the rain, I hydroplanned and lost control over a puddle, ended up hitting a curb craking my wheel.

Glad you are ok!

+1 for the GT350 on your list, but I might be biased...

Glad to hear you're OK and best of luck with the insurance folks!

No official word, but looks like they’re trying to ‘repair’ it. Please tell me I can fight that decision

I talked to the adjuster, car has $18,xxx in damage. My car's value in fresh state is 25k. So, that's around 76% in damage.

He asked me what my overall intent with the vehicle was (I had him elaborate) and he asked if I wanted repair/total. I said total because I don't feel comfortable driving, knowing what it had been through.

He said at this time, he doesn't see 'much' underbody damage, but some suspension work in the left side. Not entirely sure though.

Waiting out USAA at this time...
