Parking garage and maybe throw a tight cover on it to offer some protection from flying debris that finds it's way through the sides. Those things are all concrete. It's not going anywhere. Then just hope for the best. This is why we have auto insurance.

Another option is to find a storage place you can keep it, buy 4 of the tallest jack stands you can find and get it an extra 12"-16" off the ground.

Parking Garage....Airport or Casino...something along those lines. 2nd or 3rd level and put a good car cover over it to protect from flying sand and or small debris that would scuff or scratch the paint.

Sacrifice a goat and pray to Cthulhu for extra protection.

Car cover? I think the wind will blow that off quick and the cable may do more harm than good beating up against the bottom & sides.

Bubble wrap anybody?

Dealing with mother nature is tough.

We never really had to deal with this in SOCAL,
but you do make sure that there aren't too many
loose objects around or on shelves by your car
in the event of an earthquake!

I would also suggest the parking garage,
and obviously higher floors and more in the middle.

But on a lighter note,

I've heard great things about this product,

Can't leave because of several reasons.
What reasons would trump getting out of the direct path of one of the worst predicted hurricanes in recorded history?

If you do stay, which it sounds as though you are, I wish you the best of luck. Stay safe.

If you can't leave and don't have a garage I would try to rent a storage unit that has them for vehicles. It will at least protect it from flying debris. If you are getting one probably better get it soon before they are all rented.
^^THIS!
But, I would drive miles and miles up north as far as you can go, as the hurricane will weaken over land. Good luck and stay safe. Our prayers are with Florida and Texas.

Coming from a Houstonian, I wish all of you guys in Florida (and elsewhere in the path) the best of luck.

Some things to think about:

Depending on the parking garage, it may be easy for people to freely enter and burglarize vehicles, especially if police presence is focused on other matters and security will likely be absent.

If tornadoes accompany the storm, what effects will the winds have if they pass through the garage? Maybe someone more knowledgeable than me can shed some light, but it may still have enough strength to toss cars around.

I'm not sure what the building codes are like in your area, and whether structures like self-storage facilities are built to withstand high winds. I've seen a few storage facilities that advertise as being climate controlled where the individual garages are housed inside of a warehouse-like structure (usually gated). I would prefer something like that over the simple corrugated sheet-metal outdoor garages. In either situation, security would likely be better than most public parking garages, however, as another poster mentioned, storage units can be attractive targets for looters, but it's possible that they may be preoccupied with stealing items other than cars items from cars.

If I were you and wind was the primary concern, I would pick a closed-in parking garage with a storage unit being the second choice, provided that it can withstand high winds. If flooding was the primary concern, I would pick any parking garage over a storage unit.

I lived in Charleston during Hugo back in '87. Here's what I learned.

GET THE HELL OUT. NO JOB IS WORTH IT! NO PROPERTY IS WORTH STAYING FOR.

Now, that being said find a parking garage. Park in the center of the garage, but do NOT park on the roof. Lots of flat roofs are covered with small pebbles. That stuff flies around like lead out of a shotgun.
Secure a car cover if you can. I would first cover the car with shipping blankets. They are cheap at Harbor Freight.

NOW HERES THE IMPORTANT PART! Crack the windows down about an inch before you cover it up. When the eye come through, barometric pressure changes so fast, we saw where all the Docs at the hospital had the glass blown out of their Porsches, BMW's, etc.

As mentioned, don't expect to get access right away. If power is out (it will be) the garage gate won't open and you'll most likely have to wait on debris to be cleared up out of the streets. That can take several days.

I got to know the National Guard guys pretty good since I had to drop my new bride off at the hospital every day for work. We went without power for four weeks.
