Steeda UK website issues

Just to let everyone know we are having a couple of issue with connectivity to the website currently.

Its a bit random, some people can connect perfectly normally others just can't get on.

Please let us know if you cant get on, and we hope to have the issue resolved promptly! Apologies for any inconvenience.

Contact us via the forum if you need anything and cant get on the site....

thats my plan A when dealing with certain members of staff

Apparently it was all BT's fault....

I have no problem believing that...

What was wrong ?

It was something to do with DNS lookup from BT provided internetses. Non BT people could connect OK. Or So I'm told.

But I'm on BT and mine didnt work!

Yeah makes sense, I ran a DNS lookup against Virgin and Google's public 8.8.8.8 DNS server and they both worked fine. Although not sure why your host has multiple PTR records pointing to the same IP, the DNS server will just use them in round robin.
