The Sto'N'Sho is the way to go. It's easy to install and saves your bumper
I've read about these, seen the pics but I'm undecided on the look with the plate on that low.
I'd like to see one in person first so hoping to do that at a meet soon.
Until I decide, if I use 3M tape I can keep the bumper hole-less (as long as I make sure the dealer doesn't drill it!)

So did I and it worked... I do regret drilling the back though but at least I'm not driving around with dealer promo on top of the plate holder.

Makes me wonder what happened to the Pichon thread and plate holders, since both myself and @John577 had our fails with it :D

I think he totally stopped to sell his product regarding the issues we had...

He told me he tried another one on his car without an issue, but that's around 2 years ago now.

Thanks for all the responses!

Well even though I told the dealer NOT to drill holes, he still did. :frusty:
So I guess I'm stuck with the stock bracket for now.
Will the holes still be visible if I take the bracket of and tape the plate directly to the bumper using 3M tape? It does not look that bad and I will probably get used to it but still I'd like it cleaner.

I think they should pay fixing the holes.

I'm sorry to hear that Walt. You can easily take them off but the holes are as a ugly as the holder itself. The bumper plastic around the holes gets pulled outwards, so these need to be drilled out to become even again. Then you could push a rubber tab in them to cover them up. g'luck!
