I cant give an opinion on the work needed, but I would suggest getting one or two dashcams with a parking mode in case it happens again.

man sorry to hear that.... Nothing else pisses me off more. I had my mach 1 egged years back not knowing the utter havoc it causes to the paint, entire car needed to be repainted. Ive kept a 50$ comprehensive deductible ever since that. Hope everything comes out looking fresh.
