I'm not surprised at all. Being designed, engineered, and manufactured by Multimatic means this is a legitimate racecar part. That means proper CFD and likely even wind tunnel supported flow analysis with construction out of autoclaved dry carbon.

That's the we're tired of people asking at every event if it's for sale but don't really want to make it price.
Although this was in jest I was originally thinking it may be a somewhat real situation. For race or Ford politics they may be required to have a part for sale but have to price it in such a way that if anyone did actually order it it wouldn't be a waste of their time.

So was the Tiger Racing Hood, yet it wasn't $13k lol

I thought there was a different hood with fewer fins at a larger gap.
A person would be better off buying a stock hood, tin snips and some wire haha. 13k.. lol..its a 5k MAX part OEM paint on.
