Side note: Why is there no love for Daniel Cormier? This guy is an Olympic athlete and has only lost to John Jones. He has devastated everyone he has fought, even Gustafson, who many thought beat Jones. He hasn't been caught using banned substances, didn't hit and run on a pregnant woman while high, and is undersized for the divisions he dominates.

I actually agree with the first 3 to a T. Weidman presents an interesting challenge for Mousassi though, however he definitely is at a disadvantage in striking. It really comes down to Weidman's strategy. If he can establish the takedown and take away mousasi's comfort standing, he can grind out a solid win. If Mousasi can stay on the outside, I can see it being a long night for weidman.

Cormier is an easy pick for a lot of people because of the first fight with Johnson and the fact that he is such a grinder and has a proven chin, having competed at HW. The thing with Anthony is that when they fought the first time, his training camp was geared for a Tall, long striker, and was switched to a short, stocky wrestler without much time to adapt. Johnson is an amazing athlete with high level grappling and deceptive striking (not just crazy power). When Johnson trains for grapplers, he does really well (see phil davis, ryan bader).

I actually think Anthony will win by 2nd Round TKO.

I think the Cynthia Calvillo vs. Pearl Gonzalez fight is canceled.

I like Cormier. Not sure why he doesn't get any love, but I think he's a great fighter and a nice guy. Good role model.

Switched to Johnson by KO after watching the weighins. DC did not look good and took two tries to make weight. The worst part is that DC used the towel to make weight. You can clearly see him holding it down during the second weighin. The MF was cheating to get down to 205.

2 out of 5. Pretty pathetic. Should have stayed with DC.
