Hi,

I have a question about doing square setup on Mustang GT with Performance Pack. As you know in this setup front tires (255/40/19) have smaller diameter than back tires (275/40/19).

So for example if I go for 4 x 275/40/19 do I need to make some recalibration of front tires size to keep for example ABS or ESP working correctly ?

Regards,

Andrzej

You're going to have to consider the size of the Brembos when you are checking offset etc.

Only way I see running a square set up with GTPP wheels is to either run a 9.5 rear GTPP up front with spacers. Or get a square se of the 19x10 replicas as apparently they fit up front no spacers needed due to the offsets.

People, I'm not asking about ET. I'm asking about possible influence of change of front tires size on ABS or ESP.

I bought a set of PP wheels n tires for cheap used from a local ad. If I can find another set of 9.5's for the front I'd too love to do the same setup when the stock P Zeros wear out. Let me know how it works out.

Yes they are slightly different sizes..

No your ABS and T/C systems wont care and will still work just fine.

Yes your speedo may be slightly off and you can recalibrate for that.

You will need a 5mm spacer up front and that's it. I've been daily driving this set up for over a year. No issues whatsoever.

Offset for 19 x 9.5 with Brembos

You are correct
Can anyone tell me the least amount of offset for a square set up using 275/40 tyres all round with the 19 x 9.5 wheels. I know that ET35 will fit but can I go any lower without rubbing to get a more concave look. I also need to know if I will need spacers up front and if so what size?? Thanks in advance !!
