Did these "fall off a truck"? Always curious seeing people posting brand new parts from Ford still in boxes and I wonder how they come to acquire them.

Google the part #, you can freely buy them

Tasca has them for $2,821.12 per wheel for a front set and $2,389.60 per wheel for a back set. Probably around $60-65 per wheel shipping too.
