Ever since I saw Need for Speed movie, I always liked the halos on the inside of the grille. When the S550 model came out, I was surprised to see that nobody really made any aftermarket add ons to add those halos. I decided to add them myself. I purchased XKGlow changing light halos and installed them yesterday. I like the way it came out, a lot. The only issue I'm having now is trying to figure out how to make the XKGlow to work properly so I can change the colors off the leds. For some reason once I start the car, it always defaults to bright white. Once the car is off, I can than change the colors off the leds. Weird...if anyone has suggestions, let me know. Ill keep playing around with them, until I get it figured out.

They probably default to white when the car is on for legal reasons

I dunno, cause even when the car is on and if I turn the headlights off completely, then I can adjust the color of the lights, I just have to keep headlights off completely.

Gotta play around with the connections. I am sure there is a way to be able to adjust colors at any headlight switch position.

Interesting, but I cannot say I am a fan. Not sure about the light situation.

Cool idea and looks to be a clean appearing install! Props for having the balls to @ least try something like this to make your ride uniquely yours!
Regarding placement I think I tend to lean towards the Lower Grill as suggested by GT Dave.
As is, it might be a bit "busy" look w/ headlights, drls, & halos basically all on nearly same horizontal plane......maybe. If installed in Lower Grill it would tend to emphasize the low stance of our GT350s. Also, it would separate the halos so any K temp. difference between them and other lights would be less noticeable. Still, I like your work .
