Steeda Ultimate Induction Power Pack Kicks Ass!

So I finally upgraded my Ford Performance PP1 to the Steeda CAI and Tune tonight, wow what a difference! Not only is the rpm range Much more smooth but the power increase is very noticeable. The tone in my exhaust is much deeper at half throttle and above, and the car pulls much harder at WOT.
I highly recommend this package for $693 shipped to my door. With the Steeda CAI and the SCT X4 tuner it sets me up for headers and gt350 manifold one day.

I've been looking forward to doing a CAI for my car, I have seen how it changes the exhaust tone. I'm hoping with the headers I got, it will make for a more aggressive tone.

Bonus is that you had PP1 so you have a comparison between the two. Glad to see that all the theory that the Ford tune is not very good holds true.

Headers will be my next mod for sure. which ones did you go with, so many choices?

Kooks 1 7/8 with green cats. Got them from Maryland Speed (cheaper price but it takes a really long time to come in).

If you go this route, skip the green cats if you aren't willing to gamble with the code. A few of us got them; however, there are those who didn't.

Funny, I was just talking to Steeda about headers and the guy said to do the green cats because they flow better and pass emissions. Do you need to get a tune to deal with the codes, maybe because of O2 sensor positions?

Have you ever heard anyone cutting out a couple more holes in the stock grill to let more air in? It seems like half the intake is blocked now that I look at it.

There is no tuning for Catback, only headers.
