Roush AB rattle

Recently my driver side AB developed a rattle. Took it to exhaust shop; they confirmed it came from inside the AB.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it? It's driving me insane.

This is a pretty common issue. I sold the set that was on my car and a week later they started rattling.

That's... disconcerting?

I wrote to Roush. I hope there's something I can do. The rattle is *intense*.

Hmmm... no rattle on mine after 2-1/2 years... curious what you find out though for sure...

If you're the original purchaser, you might be covered.

Does anyone have a video of it?
I have a roush axle back and I hear a chirping rattle when accelrating at low rpms and at 2500 rpm in sport mode. My exhaust is tight, so I have no idea?

It happens at idle and low rpm. You can usually hear it at idle.

Oh ok. Mine happens at low idle while driving. It's a chirping noise like in this video, but it happens continuously when accelerating at 1200 rpm or 2500 rpm. I don't hear the same noise at idle. Check out my video at 4 secs for the sound, does it sound like yours?
