PP chin spoiler problems?

Anyone ever had thier factory PP chin spoiler pull off the front bumper at high speeds and start rubbing the road? The screws that hold it on ripped right through the bottom of the bumper and now it just flops around? Warranty issue?

Nope, no issues as such and I have 23k miles.

If you pull too close to parking lot bumpers, even though the nose valance doesn't scrape or you don't hear anything, it's possible the rubber is being pushed backwards and eventually will either pull/pop the mounts or cause them to eventually fail while driving due under chassis air pressures at speed.
