Age?

What is everyone's age that has a GT350 or R? I'm fairly young at 29, and I didn't buy this car as an investment to sit in my garage. I've had mine for just short of 2 weeks now, and have put 2000 miles on it already. And they have been hard miles all throughout SoCal mountains.

But when I go out, I always get comments about being young to have one of these, or that others only ever see older guys driving them. Just curious to what the demographic is that typically owns these.

Man I'm old! 50 old guy here. Didn't buy that one as an investment myself. I have 13 cars total including my daily driver. Don't drive those. Have had my 350 for 6 weeks and has less than a 100 miles on it. Also one of my other mustangs is a 70 Boss 302

I turned 32 in June, I was 30 when I placed the order last may, it took awhile to arrive!

Where in CA are you? I've seen surprisingly few GT350's around the LA area.

Im in the bay area, I have only seen 2 "in the wild" but know there are quite a few otherwise, just on this board im guessing around 15-20ish

Can't remember. But I got my license when the first 350 hit the streets. Have owned a 66,69 and 70 Shelby. Not the fake ones either. A ton of new ones. Thank you Ford.

Yep, I'll see them show at a big show or Cars and Coffee in Malibu, but have only ever seen 2 in the wild just driving around. And one of those was Jay Leno. People get amazed and surprised when I show up on random canyons with a group of S2k's, Miatas, Focus ST's, and a myriad of other well handling cars.

I'm in the Bay Area have only seen one and it was an R.

Got it at 25

46 here, my 5 stangs 86,88, 97 cobra was @ $27500 out the door, but the Shelby GT 350 almost cost triple the price. If wasn't for the flat crank or the rear independence suspensionI, would buy the gtr.
