Wot box shifting - easier or harder on gears?

So since I have a Rxt on a mt82,Im wondering if wot shifting is harder on the gears with a Wot box vs normal fast shifting, not powershifting

If anything I think it would be slightly easier cause the no-lift feature prevents you from over revving, buuuutttt the RXT is tougher on the tranny whether you have the WOT box or not. I curious about this too, I just installed my WOT Box a couple days ago.

WOT box is easier than even quick shifting, there is almost no comparison of impact of the the power of the engine being turned on and off (WOT BOX) versus the under-power mechanical engagement/un-engagement quick or power shifting. WOT box makes your shifting impact as close to a full automatic shift as it could be.
