2015 5.0 on Fire literally

Manufactures don't usually mess around when it comes to fires. I'd imagine OP will get taken care. They'll want to get their hands on the car for sure.

Ford does. When I was doing civil fire investigstions Ford would fight the insurance co to the court house steps and then settle. With this being their new flagship we shall see.

Glad you're ok. I would think Ford will replace this car not the insurance company pending an investigation. New cars under warranty shouldn't be catching on fire.
