Just been down to Vospers Exeter today, looks real nice

I'd rather Ford spent money on staff training on how to give good service.

I have a feeling most of them are looking like this. I know People's Edinburgh is. Must have something to do with all the 2017s that need selling.

I agree, all brands in my area are building these palaces for show rooms and waiting g areas. A more modest building would allow for better prices and/or better training for the techs.

Turns out you can polish a turd; or at least roll it in glitter.

With my previous car when the dealer was in a small cramped premises their service was good. Mind you it was murder to park. Then they moved to a new plate glass place & service went downhill. After leaving sump plug not tightened properly & then not resetting the service indicator I moved to an authorised service only place. No plate glass but far better friendly efficient service. Downside it was a difficult place to get to without a car.
